let me know the shelf life of the glue board

There really is no shelf life on products like this. It will stop working when the glue board is either full of flies, dust or some other substance that makes it less sticky. The glue itself will last years. Depending on where it is stored or kept, it could last 10 years or more. There is no expiration date on products like this.
