Tempo SC Ultra Insecticide is the fastest-acting insect control on the market. This suspension concentrate delivers the power of a powder formulation in a liquid. It's easier to use, less messy to handle, needs less agitation and is more evenly dispersed during application.

Tempo SC Ultra Insecticide is the perfect all around spray for both indoor and outdoor applications including trees, lawns, shrubs, etc. No odor, non- staining, long lasting, and safe when applied according to label directions.

Tempo SC Ultra Insecticide Features:
* Fast knockdown with residual control of up to four weeks.
* Not a cholinesterase inhibitor.

Tempo SC Ultra Insecticide Uses / Applications:
Both indoor and outdoor applications including trees, lawns, shrubs, etc. Registered for use in and around livestock buildings, including dairy barns, poultry houses, swine houses, milking parlors, hospital pens, clinics, chutes and horse stables.

40Ml bottle makes approximately 30 gallons of spray. 1 gallon inside and 2 gallons on the lawn (average size home and lawn)

For maximum perimeter control of pests, including treating the soil, turf and substrate adjacent to buildings. Also treat the building foundation, walls, around doors, windows, and soffit areas. Mulch and pine straw tend to make control of perimeter pests more difficult, we advise that you rake back before application, wherever possible.

It depends on what you are trying to kill. On the bottle there is a measuring cup that allows you to measure the Tempo SC. For almost all initial treatments, 16ml per gallon of water is used. Tempo is a brand name and is sold as a Suspended Concentrate (SC), Wettable Powder (WP), Dust, Ultra GC (Granular Concentrate). These are the only varieties of Tempo currently available.

Tempo will kill any size spider if sprayed directly on it. It will not kill spiders if they simply crawl across it. Most insecticides will not kill spiders this way. They don't absorb insecticides through their legs like cockroaches and other insects do.

Not sure exactly what you are asking, but typically, once it's applied and allowed to dry, it will last through a small amount of rain or water. It will not last through rains of more than 1/4" or extreme heat outdoors. Indoors, it will not last through mopping, cleaning or carpet cleaning. If any of the above takes place, then you need to reapply it.

I have a small conure and a cockatoo. Can I use this spray around the floor near their cages without harming them? I really don’t want to kill my birds. See more »

Its not safe to use any pesticide near birds. The only way I would recommend this is to remove the birds and then apply the products. I would also recommend to wash their cages out and keep them away from the areas until completely dry and all odors are gone. Up to 24 - 48 hours in some cases.

Tempo is toxic to most birds, so be extremely careful. It can be used successfully.

The rule on this is to let the product completely dry and then make sure that there are no smells before you let children and pets onto the treated areas. This goes for a yard or inside the home.

This is a water based product, so it will dry whenever the water dries. Usually 1-2 hours.

Tempo SC is a good product and yes it will kill all nuisance pests such as spiders, cockroaches, crickets, house ants, etc. Just spray the outer perimeter of the home 2' - 3' from the foundation and thoroughly wetting the grass and or soil. This is called "perimeter treatment". Do this every 3 months or 2 months if you prefer for best results. You can also spray the inside perimeter of your garage and then the corners of inside closets, rooms, etc. I don't like spraying baseboards indoors, so keep that to a minimum. Use bug traps such as the 288i to capture bugs and to help monitor whats going on indoors.

Hi, I mixed more than the 16 mL recommeneded for Tempo SC Ultra. I cannot be certain, but I may have used as much as 30 mL in a little over a gallon of water. I sprayed my apartment with the mix, though I did not use it all. One I realized my mistake I stopped spraying and I let my window and patio open (it is still open). It has been like that since around 4:30 today. I am not currently staying in the apartment and likely won't be until tomorrow. Is there anything I should know or will using that much pesticide pose a health risk to me?

Tempo SC is a good product for killing red spider mites. Whether it kills them completely and stops them from coming into the house depends on how you apply it and the frequency. 1 application will not be enough. The shrubs, lawn, etc need to be treated every 2-4 weeks until they are gone. This will probably require several applications. Another good product is Bifen I/T.

The best sprayer is one that applies a fine mist so that it can applied to baseboards, etc. Here are the 2 sprayers I recommend for indoors -

“This product works. I don't know if the rats under my house, in the crawl space, are dead or not but I certainly don't hear them running around anymore. I don't smell any decomposition but that also could be the Liqua Tox II that states it dries them up from the inside out with little to no decomposing smell. Great freaking product.
